The story of Phillyblack Productions is love and legacy. Phillyblack Productions was inspired to face the challenge to create clothing & other items that showed creativity and style. Curtis was previously working as a Philadelphia Social Worker/Court Rep by day and making the time available to perform poetry around Philly in 2004. After spending extra money and wasting valuable time, he wrote a poem about the for his son and decided to display his inner vision and feelings. After acquiring a heat press and the additional retail equipment needed, Phillyblackgear was born and has been in existence every since.
